This month’s meeting will feature a presentation on “Customer Loyalty Strategies” by Margaret Salmon of Walnut Valley Consulting. In business today, customer loyalty gives you a strategic and competitive edge. Customer satisfaction is no longer enough.

Learn the three key components for enhancing customer loyalty and share your ideas for building a loyal customer base and measuring customer loyalty with other attendees. Salmon’s presentation will be followed by a full course dinner buffet and networking opportunities.
